North & South Florrisant Drainage Pump Station Rehabilitation Project
On August 29, 2005, Hurricane Katrina made landfall along the Louisiana / Mississippi state border causing widespread wind damage and flooding from storm surge and levee failures. St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana (Parish) experienced some of the greatest devastation from storm surge with nearly the entire parish flooding due to levees that were overtopped and failed. As a result, the North and South Florrisant Drainage Pump Stations were seriously damaged.
Program Management of FEMA Funded Infrastructure Repairs
HDCA provides Program Management Services for overal $500 million in infrastructure repairs for the St. Bernard Parish Government
Sewer Pump Station Rehabilitation Package No. 11
H. Davis Cole & Associates, LLC was tasked with this project which involves the provision of Design, Bidding, and Construction Phase services for the complete mechanical and electrical rehabilitation of twelve (12) sewer lift stations throughout the Parish of St. Bernard.
