HDCA Team Selected for Water Treatment Plant Expansion
08.26.09 | An engineering team of Burk-Kleinpeter, H. Davis Cole & Associates, and Black & Veatch was recently selected to provide consulting engineering services for the expansion and rehabilitation of the St. Bernard Parish Water Treatment Plant. The project budget is $30 million and will be funded entirely through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. HDCA will provide mechanical, structural, and civil/site design services for the project.
