HDCA awarded design contract in Biloxi, MS
01.07.09 | HDCA, as part of a team lead by Thompson Engineering, Inc., was recently awarded a contract by the City of Biloxi, MS to provide design phase services for city-wide repairs to hurricane damaged infrastructure. Specifically, the team will be tasked with preparing design documents for the repair of water and sewer utilities as well as roadway repairs. Damages were caused by Hurricane Katrina. Funding for the projects will be provided in part by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the overall repair program will be managed by HNTB for the City of Biloxi, MS.
