HDCA selected to design Hurricane Shutters
07.08.09 | H. Davis Cole & Associates, LLC was recently selected by Plaquemines Parish Government to design hurricane shutters for the Popich Building. The project is funded through a Hazard Mitigation grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
