Mr. Martin has nearly five years design engineering and CAD drafting experience and has provided construction management and inspection services for governmental and municipal infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, stormwater, conveyance/distribution, storage, pumping, and treatment facilities. Prior to joining HDCA, Mr. Martin served two summers in oilfield cement lab performing tests and writing reports, and served for one year in the concrete laboratory at the Louisiana Transportation Research Center (LTRC). Also while at LTRC, Mr. Martin performed fresh concrete testing as well as permeability testing for various technical assistance projects, including permeability testing for the new twin spans and the new Audubon Bridge.
Mr. Martin specializes in the study, design and construction administration of general municipal projects, and has participated in the design of a wide variety of general municipal infrastructure projects for public, industrial, and private clients.
