Mr. Trouard has over fifteen years experience in the design and management of civil and mechanical engineering projects. In this capacity, he is involved in a wide range of assignments in support of active engineering projects. His education and training have concentrated on engineering design, hydraulics, drainage, water and wastewater transport and pumping. He has particular expertise in the design, permitting, and construction of wastewater collection systems.
